Prior to starting his own consulting company in 2004, Pat held a number of senior Compensation & Benefits (C&B) positions with several leading multinational Companies including Intel, Motorola and Digital. During his ten year tenure with Intel, Pat held positions as C&B Manager for Ireland, Asia Regional C&B Director, Europe Regional C&B Director and Global Head of C&B Operations.
Since founding Gurren Compensation, Pat has worked with over 200 clients across all industry sectors on the design and implementation of reward strategies that effectively align reward programmes with business strategy and organisational goals.
Pat is a certified Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), a Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP), a Certified Senior Rewards Professional (CSRP) and a Fellow of the CIPD (FCIPD). Pat is a teaching faculty member at Worldatwork, the global total rewards association.
